ARK Logistics was founded by a team of passionate and experienced professionals in the Bitumen and Asphalt Paving industry. We saw an opportunity to create a dynamic, multi-faceted company that could offer high-quality Bitumen products and services to the global energy market.

We started with a modest manufacturing facility in Trinidad and Tobago, where we produced Bitumen, Modified Bitumen, Emulsions, Cutbacks, PG Bitumen and Waterproofing Products. We also established a state-of-the-art testing laboratory to ensure the quality and performance of our products.

We have a plan to expand our operations and presence to multiple continents, including Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. We have also diversified our portfolio to include trading, logistics, and consultancy services. We build strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, and partners, who trust us for our reliability, efficiency, and innovation.
